One Year Limited Warranty:
When we use the terms “we,” “us” and “our,” we are referring to the Company, and when we use the terms “you” and “your” we mean the original end-user customer.
All 7 A.M.® Enfant products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of your purchase. Should a defect occur, send your name, address, phone number, defect pictures, proof of purchase and detailed description of the damage to email@example.com attn. Customer Service, subject: Warranty.
NO REQUEST will be taken into consideration without valid proof of purchase.
Please note there are no warranty for items purchased at outlets or on sale.
If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product free of charge.
What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
We offer this limited warranty only when the product is used by the original end-user customer. We offer no other warranty. Additionally, while our warranty is excellent, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of tear, washing and drying machine tears, normal wear, accidents, misuse, damage in transit while on stroller and/or car-seat due to inadequate care or neglect such as being trailed on the floor, torn fabric from the wheels and other unforeseen or unexplained accidents There is NO WARRANTY for abuse, abnormal use, damage due to environmental or natural elements, improper storage of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
